This week we faced a challenge, to recover a group of files that were first created in 2004. The files were .ncc files which are programs for CNC machining. This particular client has been using our remote backup services for close to ten years. We were able to recover the files they needed from 2005 saving them hours of labor and lost production to manufacture these parts. There response was not intended to be a public message so we’ve hidden their name to protect the innocent but these are the exact words in their email we received after sending them the files in .zip format:

“Joe that is it dude. You are the man!!!!!!!!!!!”

You really can’t make this stuff up, it’s honest and real. I wanted to share it with anyone who happens to follow us or is curious about the types of work we do.

Recently I received an Email from Toni Van Wart of Van Wart Construction. This Email absolutely made my day. I asked her for permission to post it on our website as a testimonial and I did not change a word because the message is wonderful as is:
