Resolved: We have identified multiple issues with our Cloud Drive and Server Backup services including but not limited to: - Issues creating/deleting Online Disks - 500 Errors when sharing files - New signups/upgrades are unable to complete. We have seen reports of uses receiving a "Service Unavailable" error We are currently investigating the situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible. Additional updates will be posted as they become available. Thank you for your patience!
