I’ve been thinking about this idea for a while, and how to go about getting an answer, then I realized the Five Minute Gemba is the best option I have available! Last year we made a push to get more customer feedback, which we display on our home page. Reading the comments from satisfied customers really made us all feel incredible. We celebrated every single one.
We are currently working on ways to encourage feedback and make it very easy for our customers to rate a recent experience. Please know that we always welcome your feedback, good or bad, as it helps us make sure we’re doing our best work.
Here are two recent examples of customer feedback we’ve received:

While reading these perspectives it gave me a better understanding of the most important aspects of the work we’ve done for them. I wondered though, what problems are people facing that they think are the hardest to solve? Or that they might not think we can help them with? Such as an example I learned recently about one of our customers struggling to get enough business in the door. With that in mind, I wondered what else keeps you up at night? If I handed you a magic wand, what problem would you fix with it?
