This feature is now live and available with CIMCO MDC.
At the end of March we shared with you the next generation CIMCO Web MDC Client. This week we have some really cool news about another feature that will be available soon, Shop Floor Screens. These customized representations of your plants or departments allow you to see the status of all your equipment based on where it is located. Before you get started using the system you will enable edit mode and start making changes to the layout(s). You’ll select the machine you want to modify and you can move it, adjust it’s height/width and rotation. Additionally you will be able to choose from circular or rectangular shapes:
After making the necessary edits you’ll be able to view the resulting layouts in the CIMCO Web MDC client, click on machines to bring up additional information, or switch back to operator panels, live screens and (also coming soon) dashboards:
Dashboard development is also underway, here is a sample of the concept image of what they will look like. Dashboards will give you access to the reporting and graphing components of CIMCO MDC.
